Sophie answers your customer email

She learns how you write from the mail you have already answered, then handles the questions that come back every week. From your own inbox, in your own words.

What she does

  1. 1

She reads what you already wrote

Once, at setup, she goes through the conversations you have answered before, so your prices, your rules and your tone come from you and not from a template.

  2. 2

    She drafts the reply

A new customer question arrives and she writes the answer, inside the same conversation, from your own address. Anything she is unsure of she hands to you instead.

  3. 3

    You decide when she sends

She starts in shadow mode: she writes, you read, nothing leaves. She only sends to a customer once you switch her on yourself.

Why she needs access to your inbox

Sophie is an email assistant, so the mailbox is the whole job. This is exactly what you grant her, and exactly what you do not.

  • Reading your mail is how she learns your answers and how she sees the question she has to answer. Without it there is no product.
  • Sending is how the answer reaches your customer, as a normal reply in the same thread, from your address rather than ours.
  • Your calendar is optional and only if you ask for it, so she can see when you are free and put an appointment in.

She cannot delete, move or alter messages in your mailbox. If you connect Shopify, she can read orders and update eligible shipping addresses. Refunds, store credit and cancellations are automatic only when you enable money actions; otherwise you handle them. She has no access to your bank account or bookkeeping.

What happens to your data

Your access is encrypted, your data is stored in the EU, and you can disconnect at any moment, which destroys it. Nothing is sold, nothing is used for advertising, and nothing is used to train general AI models.
